Participants can choose between live waves or a virtual run option if the on-site spots fill up quickly. Each wave is capped at a manageable number to ensure everyone feels supported throughout their journey. Whether you prefer running alone or with friends, this event welcomes all who wish to contribute and raise awareness for such an important cause.
The day promises no stress or complicated setups — just pure enjoyment as you navigate the course alongside fellow runners and dedicated coordinators. Timing is optional; if you choose to track your performance, simply use any app of your choice (Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run) and submit your results via our easy online form for recognition.
Upon registration, participants receive a digital training pack and an invitation to join local running clubs that support ongoing fitness goals beyond the event. Swag bags include a specially designed technical running shirt, shipped directly to runners in the United States along with a finisher's medal and towel or giveaway item. Digital certificates of completion are also provided post-event.
Race day logistics are streamlined for convenience: no packet pickup is required as everything arrives at your doorstep prior to the event. Bibs will be distributed on-site during race hours, which start bright and early at 7:30 AM with additional waves following every half hour until 8:30 AM.
