About the Event

Run for London is an annual charity race organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a branch of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA), aimed at raising funds and awareness for the Children's Hospital Foundation. This community-driven event invites runners and walkers alike to come together in support of local families and children.
Set against the serene backdrop of Springbank Park, Run for London offers three distinct race options: a challenging 10K course, an accessible 5K run, and a family-friendly 3K fun walk. Each route winds through picturesque trails adorned with lush greenery and scenic views, making it an enjoyable experience for participants of all ages.
The day kicks off at 9 AM with registration followed by the opening ceremony at 10 AM. The race events commence promptly at 10:30 AM, starting first with the 5K and 10K races, then a fun-filled 3K walk/run event for families and casual participants beginning at noon.
Participants can look forward to crossing the finish line in Springbank Park's lively atmosphere where they will be greeted by food stalls, refreshments, and live entertainment.
