Run for Mental Health: A Journey Towards Well-Being Immerse yourself in an empowering run designed to support mental health awareness and break down stigmas. This unique race invites runners of all paces, ages (under 18 with a guardian), and backgrounds to join forces for a cause that resonates deeply. The event features three waves at the start: Wave A at 7:30 AM, Wave B at 8:00 AM, and Wave C at 8:30 AM. Latecomers are welcome; coordinators remain on site up to three hours after the first wave begins to assist runners who arrive later. Participants can opt for a virtual run if waves fill up quickly or prefer running from home. Virtual runs offer flexibility in timing and location, with digital tools provided to help track your progress. Upon completion of your chosen distance (which is not timed officially), you'll receive all the same swag as on-site participants by submitting your results. The race includes a variety of perks: - A custom Running T-Shirt mailed directly to your address. - Finisher's Towel or Giveaway and a finisher’s medal upon completion. - Digital Training Pack for guidance throughout your training period. - Online Results & Certificate of Completion available post-race. - Invitation to join local run clubs that foster community support. No need to pick up packets; all swag is shipped directly to you. Race bibs are provided on race day, and timing can be tracked using personal apps if desired—no chips required for this stress-free event. Early registration ensures timely delivery of your shirt before the big day. Updates will be sent via email a week in advance with final details and course maps included. For last-minute sign-ups within two weeks, please note that shirts may arrive after race completion but can still participate wearing any preferred attire. Join Team Glo Volunteers to help organize future events or become a sponsor to support runners' goals while promoting your business. Additionally, every mile logged post-race donates $1 to charity partners through an optional fundraising initiative. Embrace the supportive atmosphere and scenic route as you contribute towards mental health awareness and personal well-being. Sign up now before waves sell out!
