### COURSE AND CONDITIONS
The race takes place on Arrowhead Park’s well-maintained paths, offering a mix of paved surfaces and slightly uneven terrain. The course is 5K (3.1 miles) for adults and includes a special 1-mile fun run designed for families and younger participants. For those aiming for longer distances, the 10K (6.2 miles), half-marathon (13.1 miles), or virtual options are also available.
Wave A starts at 7:30 AM, followed by Wave B at 8:00 AM, and Wave C at 8:30 AM. Late runners can join upon arrival but should email info@thebestraces.com to reserve their preferred start time. The course is flat with minimal elevation changes, ensuring a smooth run for all participants.
