Run for Renee 5km August 2026

Participants will start their run at Pine Grove Park, located off Main Street near downtown Quispamsis. On race morning, runners can expect to see familiar faces and landmarks as they navigate the park’s trails and streets. The atmosphere is one of camaraderie and purpose, with a steady crowd lining the route to cheer on participants.
This event has been running since its inception in 2019, growing from just over 500 participants that first year to nearly 600 by 2024. Its commitment to raising awareness for kidney health and supporting those affected by kidney disease makes it a significant community gathering each August.
The course venue is the scenic Pine Grove Park, offering firm yet slightly soft terrain suitable for runners of all levels. The route winds through well-maintained paths with occasional elevation changes but no steep climbs or descents to challenge participants. Along the way, there are notable features such as the picturesque lake and historic buildings that make each lap unique.
On race morning, expect temperatures around 18.7°C, feeling slightly cooler in the mornings at about 14.5°C with a high of 23.0°C during midday.
