Run for your life - 2026 Broken Bow EMS 5K / 10k

This year's race will take place on October 3rd at Kinkaiders: 43860 Paulsen Rd., inviting participants to traverse a stunning landscape characterized by rolling hills and open fields. The crisp morning air, with temperatures averaging around 12.7°C, promises an invigorating start to your run.
The course offers a dynamic mix of paved pathways and dirt trails, catering to both novice runners and seasoned athletes. Participants will loop through picturesque areas including small parks and scenic overlooks, starting and finishing at the same location for added convenience and enjoyment. The 10K route spans approximately 6.2 miles while the 5K covers roughly 3.1 miles.
Race day is anticipated to feature light breezes with an average wind speed of 16.6 km/h and moderate humidity around 59.5%, ensuring clear views as you progress through the course. Sunlight will dominate, providing optimal conditions for your run; however, always be prepared for unexpected weather changes.
