Run Run Rudolph returns on December 13, 2026, with the promise of festive cheer and competitive spirit. This year’s edition features three meticulously planned courses: a flat and fast 5K, an equally swift 10K, and a challenging half-marathon that winds through hilly terrain. All routes are color-coded for easy navigation and start and finish at or near the clubhouse located at R56 YX81. The event is more than just a race; it’s a fundraiser supporting the development of three new Hurling and Football playing pitches, along with other infrastructure improvements under the "Field of Dreams" initiative. Participants will notice continued progress since previous years as they run through this vibrant community setting. On Saturday night, December 12th, families are invited to join a special Walk/Run event that lights up the Community Walkway in an enchanting Christmas atmosphere. The main race day offers runners picturesque winter scenery and a chance to test their endurance on meticulously mapped courses available for preview online. Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each distance, with additional age group awards contingent upon securing further sponsorships closer to the event date. Online registration closes at 6 PM on December 12th or earlier if capacity is reached. For those unable to attend race day pick-ups, a postal service provided by Pop-Up Races ensures participants receive their event numbers in advance. Experience the joy and camaraderie of Run Run Rudolph while contributing to local community development.
