Nestled amidst the picturesque Warsaw Caves Conservation Area, just 25 minutes outside of Peterborough, lies Run The Caves Trail Race & Ultra. This captivating race offers runners an unforgettable experience through diverse and challenging terrain. Participants can expect to traverse sweet single-track paths, soft forest floors, rocks, tree roots, sandy beaches, and a handful of gravel roads that keep the course engaging.

For those who wish to extend their stay, Warsaw Caves Conservation Area provides additional recreational opportunities such as swimming, fishing, camping, day-use picnic sites, and hiking trails. The area's limestone plains and forests offer 20+ kilometers of mostly single-track paths that wind through the landscape, providing numerous scenic lookouts with views of the Indian River valley.
The race is bib & chip-timed to ensure fairness and accuracy in results. Prizes await top male and female finishers across all distance categories, along with hand-made medals for every participant—ensuring a memorable day out on the trails.
