Run The Parkade

Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Run The Parkade, an electrifying nighttime race presented by Frontrunners and Notorious Run Club, powered by On and Outway. This unique event takes place beneath the city's surface in a sprawling underground parking lot, where neon lights illuminate dark concrete underfoot as teams sprint through hairpin turns and straightaways.
Registration costs $28 per participant for this exhilarating experience that promises to be loud, dark, and electric—perfect for anyone seeking an adrenaline rush. The course features 400 meters of winding paths and open stretches lit up with pulsing music from a live DJ set by the Malnacidos Collective.
Teams compete in bracket-style heats where each member runs one lap, handing off to their next teammate until all four have completed their leg. Eight initial heats see six teams battling it out; only the top two advance further into semis and finals. The semifinals comprise four heats of four teams before culminating with a grand final showdown between these champions.
Each team must consist of at least one female or non-binary runner, ensuring diversity and inclusivity across all squads. Solo participants are welcome too—they will be matched up to form complete teams if necessary. Whether you're new to racing or an experienced athlete, this event welcomes runners aged 19 to 60 with open arms.
On-site perks include complimentary food and snacks alongside demo shoes from leading brands for those looking to test out their next pair of running kicks. Plus, every participant receives a set of custom Outway socks as part of the swag bag.
Dress up brightly in reflective gear that glows under LED lights, enhancing visibility while adding flair to your run. The event timeline starts at 6:00 PM with check-in and course preview sessions leading into heats from 7:00 PM onwards until late evening when finals wrap up around 9:10 PM.
