Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Four

Nestled along East Sussex’s coastline, this reserve is home to diverse landscapes including interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarshes, grazing land, reed beds, and saline lagoons.
Scheduled for Friday evenings from May through September 2026 (May 8th, June 5th, July 10th, August 7th, and September 4th), the series features a variety of race distances—10k, 5k, and a junior run. The courses are meticulously measured to ensure accuracy and fairness for all participants.
Running through Rye Harbour Nature Reserve offers more than just stunning scenery; it provides an ideal setting for achieving fast times if conditions permit.
