Sacred Heart Labor Day 5k 2026

Celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Sacred Heart Labor Day 5k, a community-driven event supporting Sacred Heart School. This race is designed for all ages and abilities – from elite runners to families pushing strollers. The flat and fast course makes it an ideal setting for achieving personal bests or simply enjoying a leisurely run.
Registration costs $20, with no T-shirts this year; instead, every finisher will receive a commemorative medal upon crossing the finish line. This year's awards ceremony promises to be particularly exciting as we recognize overall male and female winners alongside age group champions in ten-year increments up to 70+ years old.
School volunteers will ensure that participants stay energized throughout the race with snacks and water stations along the route. Regardless of weather conditions, whether it’s a sunny day or light rain, this event proceeds without interruption (lightning is an exception).
Online registration remains open until September 6th, but same-day registrations are welcome from 6:30 to 7:45 am on race day for those who haven't yet signed up. Race organizers will accept cash and checks at the venue; however, credit card transactions won’t be available.
