About Preetz

Preetz is a town in the Schleswig-Holstein region of Germany, with a population of 16,000 inhabitants (2020), the largest town in Plön district. Preetz is located between the Post and Lake Lankersee, which flow through the Schwentiene and the Muhlenau. It is known as "Schusterstadt", because of a lot of shoemakers who once worked in the town.
