About the Event

Join your fellow Sounders FC fans at the 2026 Seattle Sounders FC Rave Green Run presented by Providence Swedish. This flat, fast and family-friendly 5k (3.1 miles) takes you throughout the newly built Seattle Sounders headquarters in Renton. For smaller racers, there's also Sammy's One Kilometer Kids Dash (.6 miles)! The event concludes at the Finish Line Festival with fun race awards, music and giveaways!

All proceeds from the Rave Green Run benefit RAVE Foundation, the official charitable arm of Seattle Sounders FC. RAVE Foundation builds small fields for free play and uses soccer as a vehicle to inspire youth and strengthen communities.
