In August 2026, the Regional Cycling Committee of Pays de la Loire invites young cyclists aged between 13 and 17 to embark on an adventure through the Pyrenees. This unique cycling camp offers participants a chance to learn from professional riders Lilian Jegou and Fabien Aoustin from B'COQ Academy in an engaging and friendly environment. Set against the backdrop of stunning mountain landscapes, this week-long event promises a blend of skill development and fun-filled exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to hone their cycling skills while enjoying breathtaking views and challenging terrain that cater to intermediate-level riders capable of covering 60 kilometers over several hours. The camp is scheduled from Sunday, August 16th at 9:00 AM until Saturday, August 22nd at 5:00 PM. Accommodation will be provided in Bagnères-de-Luchon, a charming town nestled within the Pyrenees Mountains. The program includes daily training sessions and leisure activities designed to enhance cycling proficiency while fostering camaraderie among young athletes. The camp is staffed by six dedicated instructors who are committed to ensuring that each participant has an enriching experience both on and off the bike. With a focus on passion, discovery, and community spirit, this event aims to inspire budding cyclists with a love for mountain biking. Interested participants can register starting from December 19th, 2025. The registration fee is €599 TTC for young athletes licensed in Pays de la Loire or €699 TTC for those outside the region. This cost covers accommodation, meals (except one picnic during travel), and all activities. For an additional charge of €100 TTC, participants can opt to have transportation arranged from the Regional Cycling Committee’s headquarters to Bagnères-de-Luchon and back at the end of the camp. An optional insurance package is also available for a fee representing 9% of the total registration cost plus one euro.
