Known as one of Portugal's "great classics," this festival offers an unparalleled range of distances, from the ultimate 111 Miles (178km) and 111 km ultra-endurance challenges, down to the 60 km, 42 km marathon, 25 km, 13 km trail, and a 13 km hike. Runners will navigate the magnificent karst landscape of the Serra do Sicó, passing iconic locations like the 559m Monte Sicó and the mystical Buracas do Casmilo caves. This event is a true test of mental and physical fortitude, attracting some of the nation's best trail athletes to its demanding routes.
