Celebrate the remarkable achievements of Sine and Thomas Kanstrups as they mark their impressive 100 half-marathon milestones with this special race. Join runners from all over to honor these accomplished athletes on their significant day.
The event offers three start times: 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, and 9:00 AM, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate in a festive atmosphere. The course is designed as a loop around scenic natural terrain, covering a flat 7-kilometer stretch that runners will complete multiple laps on depending on their chosen distance—either half-marathon or full marathon.
This year's celebration features a beautiful commemorative medal for all participants who successfully finish the race at their registered distance. However, only those tackling either the half-marathon or full marathon distances are eligible to receive an exclusive special edition medal commemorating this milestone event. With just 40 of these unique medals available, early registration is highly recommended.
Post-race refreshments will be provided in a designated area near the start/finish line, offering both sweet and savory treats as well as beverages for runners to enjoy after their efforts. At noon, there will also be a special celebration featuring light snacks, drinks, including beer or water, creating an opportunity for participants to relax and socialize.
In addition to these amenities, facilities are available for changing clothes and bathing if needed. This event promises not only a challenging yet rewarding run but also a memorable day filled with camaraderie and recognition of athletic excellence.
