About the Event

The day kicks off early with runners gathering at 8 am for an essential warm-up session on our state-of-the-art track. This pre-race activity is crucial, allowing participants ample time to stretch and prepare their bodies.
Registration and number pickup also commence promptly at 8 am, ensuring a smooth start as you secure your race kit and bib number. By the time the sprint session begins at 9 am, athletes are ready for an exhilarating warm-up run that sets the tone for the day's activities.
Following this initial burst of energy, endurance enthusiasts will follow suit once the sprinters have completed their sessions. A minimum of a 15-minute shakedown period ensures everyone is well-prepared before diving into more demanding runs. This structured approach guarantees safety and maximizes performance throughout the event.
