Kansas City, Missouri. Slow is the new fast. The Sloth Run returns on Saturday, June 20, 2026, starting at 7:30 AM from Mill Creek Park (Broadway Boulevard). Choose 5k, 10k, half marathon (13.1), or family 1‑mile fun run. No timing chips. No stress. Track your time on an app (Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run) and submit results online. Swag bag shipped directly to your home: running t‑shirt, finisher's towel, finisher's medal. Wave starts: 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM (email your desired wave time). Virtual option available. After the race, every mile you log — we donate $1 to charity.
