About the Event

Embrace the festive season by participating in the Holiday Lights Run, which supports local education initiatives for Asheville High School and Asheville Middle School. This race offers an opportunity to run through the heart of downtown Asheville, where vibrant holiday lights adorn historic buildings and streets.
For a limited time, runners aged 17 or under and those over 65 can enjoy special discounts: $5 off at checkout with proof of age. Additionally, groups of four or more participants will receive a generous 15% discount on their registration fees.
The event features a scenic 5K course that winds through the city's charming neighborhoods, providing runners with breathtaking views and an invigorating atmosphere. Participants can look forward to receiving a commemorative t-shirt while supplies last; however, sizing options are limited after November 1st due to high demand.
Registration for this festive run closes at midnight on December 11th or when the race reaches its cap of 400 runners. Don't miss your chance to support local schools and enjoy an unforgettable holiday experience!
