Söder Runt 10K

About the Event

Söder Runt will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, with the first start at 7:45 PM (preliminary). The 10,000 meter (10 km) course runs one lap around Södermalm in Stockholm, Sweden, along the water. The course is measured, flat and fast (no uphill sections), on asphalt and gravel. Approximately 50% of runners achieve a personal best each year. The event is sanctioned by the Swedish Athletics Association (Svenska friidrottsförbundet). After the race, a legendary After Run party will be held (age limit 18 years).

All participants must follow event rules. Strollers and dogs are not allowed. A water station is located after 4 km and at the finish line. All finishers receive a medal and products at the finish. Results are available online immediately after finishing. The course map is available on jogg.se. The event is organized by Löparakademin and Fredrikshofs FIF.

Registration fees increase over time: from 499 SEK (September 1 – January 13), 549 SEK (January 14 – May 14), 599 SEK (May 15 – June 4), and 649 SEK for late entry on race day (subject to availability).
Participants can change their details, transfer their entry, cancel, or request a refund according to the event's policies (see website).

Past winners include David Nilsson (2014, 2021, 2022, 2023) and Pernilla Elmgren & Milian Hentschke (2025). The event is described as Stockholm's most beautiful and fastest 10 km. This is the 14th edition of Söder Runt.
