Soul Crusher is an exhilarating adventure through the lush trails of Veteran Acres and Sternes Woods, designed to challenge even the most seasoned runners while providing unforgettable moments along the way. The race takes place on October 16th, 2025, offering both a spirited 5-mile loop and a more ambitious 10-mile journey.
The course winds through single-track trails that twist and turn across scenic forest terrain, with some sections adding extra miles for an unpredictable yet thrilling experience each year. Runners can expect to encounter the infamous "Jeff's" mix-up on their adventure, where every race brings new twists and turns, making it a true test of endurance and agility.
Participants will be greeted by friendly volunteers who are eager to guide them through this scenic route marked with pink flags leading from start to finish. The starting line is nestled in the heart of Veteran Acres Park, accessible via an easy 30-minute walk along yellow-flagged pathways. This warm-up stroll offers runners a chance to acclimate and appreciate the beauty around them before diving into the race.
