La Spassighjata Bunifazinca 2026 invites runners to immerse themselves in the festive spirit of winter with an enchanting race through Haute Ville. Scheduled for December 12, 2026, participants will gather at City Stade by 5:30 PM sharp and set off on a challenging yet rewarding course that spans 8.9 kilometers with nearly half a kilometer of elevation gain.
The route takes runners past the charming City Stade before embarking on two laps through Haute Ville's winding streets, offering glimpses of historic architecture and lively markets. As they navigate the hilly terrain, racers will enjoy panoramic views of the cityscape against the backdrop of winter twilight. The race concludes at the bustling Christmas Market, where runners can look forward to a well-deserved refreshment station upon crossing the finish line.
This event is open to all ages starting from Cadet level, making it an inclusive experience for both seasoned athletes and newcomers alike. Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall male and female competitors as well as the first-place winners in each category. To cap off the race day festivities, participants are invited to enjoy a complimentary apéritif at the Christmas Market following their run.
Entry fees amount to 25 euros per person, with bib collection available directly from the Christmas Market between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM on December 12th. Don't forget to upload your FFA license or PPS file when completing your registration online for a seamless experience.
