Spit Happens 20kms

Dive into the scenic beauty of Sydney with Spit Happens, an exhilarating run from Manly to the historic Spit Bridge and back. This unique route offers runners one of the most picturesque harbor views in the city, making it a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
Scheduled for Saturday, September 5th, the event kicks off at 9:00am with two distance options tailored to various fitness levels—20km or a more manageable 10km option that finishes at the top of the Gallipoli stairs. Participants will enjoy stunning vistas as they navigate through iconic landmarks and winding paths.
The course is meticulously marked, ensuring runners can focus on their surroundings rather than navigation. A crucial aid station awaits at the turnaround point atop the Gallipoli stairs, providing essential hydration and support for those extra steps up the hill.
Post-run festivities include a complimentary coffee to help everyone unwind after their efforts. Additionally, event photos will capture memorable moments along the route, allowing participants to relive the experience long after it's over.
