Twin It To Win It, brought to you by ASICS, Silva, YETI and Tenzing as part of the Kendal Mountain Festival, invites teams of two to navigate through Kendal's urban landscape on November 20, 2026. This fast-paced orienteering challenge offers a unique blend of strategy and teamwork, where each team member tackles different checkpoints across two maps.
The event begins with partners separating at the start line, each armed with their own map and objectives to complete within an hour. Decisions are critical from the outset: do you prioritize easy points or take risks for higher-scoring checkpoints? The twist arrives midway through when teams swap roles, leading into a high-stakes finish where trust in your teammate's performance is crucial.
Twin It To Win It offers more than just competition; it’s an immersive experience with festival vibes that extend beyond the race. Enjoy live energy and great food at the event basecamp while celebrating alongside fellow competitors who will be part of the year's top stories.
Prizes are up for grabs in various categories, including W (two females under 40), M (two males under 40), Mix (one male and one female with at least one under 40), WV (two veteran women over 40), MV (two veteran men over 40), and MixV (a veteran man and woman, both over 40).
