Have fun, improve skills, and get fast this summer. This clinic focuses on the fundamentals and training for track events, including the 100, 100 Hurdles, 200, and 400 meters. Run by the Squannacook River Runners and coached by the Groton-Dunstable coaches and High School Track Athletes.
This program is open to athletes entering 5-9 grades.
This week long clinic runs for five days (Mon-Fri) from 6-7:15PM, rain or shine. There are two sessions, you are welcome to sign up for one or both.
