About the Event

The St. Clair River Run takes place on Saturday, 30 May 2026 at 7:30 AM EDT along the St. Clair River from Courtright to Port Lambton, Ontario, Canada. This 3rd annual re-incarnation of the "Run the River" event offers five distances: Half-Marathon, 10K, 5K, 2.5K, and the Kid's Minnow Run. Participants travel down the picturesque St. Clair River through an amazingly supportive township, with no loops or turns—straight point-to-point courses finishing in Port Lambton.

Race packet pickup is available pre-event and on race day (locations to be confirmed at a later date). Bus transportation is provided to the start lines. An organized pre-race warm-up takes place at each starting line. Goodies are provided for all race participants. An awards ceremony follows the races, with online and on-location race results available. Live music adds to the festive atmosphere.

Reduced entry fees are available for participants aged 13 and under for the 2.5K, 5K, and 10K distances. Parents should use their discretion regarding each child's ability and limitations when registering. The Minnow Dash is free of charge.
