St. Monica Summerfest 5K Run/Walk and Mini Mustang Dash

Experience the vibrant energy of the St. Monica Summerfest 5K Run/Walk on August 22, 2026, as runners and walkers gather at St. Monica Academy to embark on an invigorating journey through a charming neighborhood. The event kicks off with the Mini Mustang Dash for younger participants at 9:30 AM, followed by the main race starting promptly at 10 AM.
The scenic route takes you past picturesque streets lined with trees and homes, offering runners a glimpse into the heart of this close-knit community. As you navigate through the neighborhood, you'll feel the excitement building as the finish line draws near back at St. Monica Academy. This event is more than just a race; it marks the beginning of the annual Summerfest celebration, which features a full day of activities and entertainment.
Participants receive a race bag filled with goodies, including a commemorative race shirt that commemorates your achievement. Additionally, all runners will have a voucher for one complimentary beverage at the post-race festivities during Summerfest.
Race packet pickup is available on August 20th and 21st from 10 AM to 8 PM at Dick Pond Athletics in Park Ridge Illinois, located within the Village Green Shopping Center. This convenient location allows you ample time to pick up your materials before race day.
