The program kicks off on Monday evening with personalized assessments that help group riders according to skill level for tailored instruction throughout the week. Sessions focus on refining track cycling fundamentals such as steering precision, sprinting speed, tactical awareness, and high-speed confidence.
Participants train in the state-of-the-art facilities where Olympic champions have raced before, including the Siberian pine flooring of this iconic velodrome. The comprehensive package includes accommodation, meals, professional coaching, and technical workshops on trajectory sense, mass start techniques, peloton work, and explosive power development.
Parents are encouraged to bring a well-maintained track bike along with spare parts for potential mechanical issues. No road bikes allowed in the racing environment here.
