Registration for the upcoming race on November 1, 2026, closes at midnight on October 30, 2026. Participants must complete their sign-up before this deadline to secure their spot; once the maximum number of entries is reached, registration will close immediately.
For those looking to register multiple participants in one go, it's important to note that collective registrations require a single payment within 15 minutes after completing all individual details. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for organizers as well as participants.
On race day, start numbers are not mailed out but can be collected directly at the event venue starting from November 1, 2026. Trail runners should arrive early to collect their number tags from 9:15 AM onwards, while those participating in the Kidsrun and distances of 5km and 10km have a later window opening from 11:00 AM.
Timing for this event is managed through Ipico technology, which means each participant will receive an electronic chip along with their start number. This chip must be attached to your shoe using the provided tiewrap before starting and returned after crossing the finish line.
Parking arrangements are strictly enforced due to limited availability near the venue. To accommodate as many participants as possible, especially those joining the 5km and 10km events, we strongly encourage cyclists and carpoolers over individual drivers. By opting for alternative transportation methods like cycling or sharing rides with others, more runners will be able to participate comfortably.
Participants who choose to drive must pre-register their parking requirements during sign-up; without a designated permit, no vehicle can park at the event site on race day. This regulation applies exclusively to car users and does not affect those taking part in the Trailrun or Kidsrun events. However, we still encourage all runners to consider eco-friendly travel options.
