The STL Women’s Trail Summit takes place from October 2–4, 2026, at Cuivre River State Park, 678 MO-147, Troy, MO. This weekend-long outdoor gathering is hosted by women, for women, and focuses on camping, hiking, night trail running, outdoor clinics, and shared meals in a relaxed, positive environment.

Event Logistics and Participant Information:

Registration Deadline: Online registration closes Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT. The event is capped at 20 participants.
Eligibility: This is a community event for women only, open to all skill levels from trail newbies to seasoned ultrarunners.
What to Bring: Camping gear (tent, cot, mattress pad, sheets, sleeping bag, pillow), plus activity-specific gear listed in the 2026 itinerary.
Shared Costs: All campsite reservation fees and clinic costs are split equally among attendees. Everyone is responsible for their own food and drinks.
Meal Coordination: Food and drink items for the weekend will be emailed to all participants after registration closes.

Schedule Highlights: Multiple educational sessions, high-quality instruction, experiential activities, night trail run/hike, campfire storytelling, potluck-style dinner and breakfast.
