The STOP, SWAP AND SAVE is the mid-Atlantic's largest indoor bicycle swap featuring thousands of discounted cycling and fitness products, product demos and giveaways, special events and much more.

Buy, sell, browse, shop or trade with industry reps, individual vendors, bike shops, manufacturers, non- profits and like-minded cyclists!

There's something for everyone at the SWAP!!

All vendor spaces will be filled and assigned on a first come, first served basis. This means please do not expect a prime spot if you register one week before the event (we sell out every year anyway!). If you purchase multiple (SAME SIZED)spaces they will be placed adjacent to one another unless you request otherwise. If two or more vendors wish to be adjacent, we recommend that they register at the same time. Once a vendor space is assigned, it cannot be changed.

Two different sized vendor spaces are available: 5’ x 8’ (small) and 10’ x 20’ (large). All spaces will include one chair and one 2.5’ x 8’ table. You may bring additional fixtures as long as they fit within your space. The 2027 SWAP prices are $60 for a small vendor space and $180 for a large vendor space.

Please note: Small vendor spaces DO NOT accommodate complete bikes when using a table.

Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. Your registration fee does not include your admission to the event. The admission fee of $10 per person is paid on the day of the event. Please bring cash to cover your admission fee.

All vendors will receive a confirmation with complete vendor information via e-mail when their registration is processed. Vendors will receive their numbered booth space assignment at check-in on the day of the event.

All vendors must provide a valid e-mail address to receive their vendor confirmation.

If you do not receive a confirmation you do not have a space.

Please note that to preserve the quality of the event and to help ensure a wide range of pertinent vendors, we reserve the right to limit and/or refuse registration to any prospective vendor based on the quality or type of product or service offered, and /or the number of similar vendors already registered. 

Event Schedule

6:00 am-9:00 am Venue opens, check-in and set-up for vendors only

9:00 am Event opens for general admission

2:00 pm Event closes to consumers, vendor tear-down begins

4:00 pm Venue closes, all vendors must be packed-up and headed home
