About the Event

Welcome to the running festival set against the picturesque backdrop of Vaxholm’s archipelago islands! This year's race takes place on Saturday, May 15th at Lägret, located centrally within Vaxholm.
The day kicks off with the Little Strömmingsloppet for children up to age 12, starting at noon. For all ages, a 5 km and a 10 km race begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Both races offer scenic routes that highlight the charm of this coastal town.
Visitors are invited to enjoy more than just running; there’s plenty for everyone with food stalls offering refreshments and various vendors selling merchandise. Interactive activities, such as try-on sessions and contests, will keep participants entertained throughout the day. Don’t miss out on exploring our orienteering maze – a unique challenge that promises fun for all ages.
