The Course
Set on a 20K loop through the trails of the Dundas Valley Conservation Area (Hamilton, Ontario), the course blends groomed trails, single track, rolling hills, and steep climbs and descents. The Niagara Escarpment provides breathtaking views, babbling streams, natural springs, and the occasional wildlife sighting—making this trail race a true runner’s paradise. Each loop includes over 500m of elevation gain and crew tent areas to refuel and recharge.
A Legendary Race
First run in 1992, this event is Canada’s oldest ultramarathon, organized by the Burlington Runners Club. More than three decades later, it continues to attract trail runners from across the country eager to experience its unique combination of challenge, community, and natural beauty.
