The Sweat Swat n Swear 2026 is a challenging trail endurance event held in the Withlacoochee State Forest. Scheduled for Sunday, May 24, 2026, the race takes place at the Holder Mine Campground in Inverness, FL. Known for its high humidity and technical terrain, the event utilizes the A, B, and C loops of the Citrus Tract to create grueling single-loop courses for all distances.

Event Logistics and Participant Information:

-- Hydration Requirement: Due to the extreme heat expected in late May in Florida, all runners must carry a personal hydration method, such as a vest, handheld, or waist pack.
-- Aid Stations: The course features 3 full aid stations stocked with PB&J, fruit, pickles, chips, and GU Roctane every 8–10 miles, plus 3 water-only hydration stations approximately every 5 miles.
-- Packet Pickup: Early pickup is held Saturday, May 23 (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) at Holder Mine Campground. Race-day pickup begins at 5:15 AM.
-- Drop Bag Service: Runners may use small bags or coolers, which volunteers transport to designated stations. Note that bags are returned to the finish line only twice during the event.
-- Trail Navigation: The single-loop courses are marked with orange, pink, and white tape. Runners are advised to stay alert to signage to avoid extra mileage on the Citrus Tract loops.
-- Rollover Policy: Managed via UltraSignup, the event offers a 75% rollover credit for the following year if the request is made at least 7 days prior to race day.
-- Post-Race Celebration: Participants are encouraged to bring camp chairs for a post-race picnic at the campground to celebrate with fellow runners and receive their custom finisher awards.
-- Camping Accommodations: Camping at the race site is available through Reserve America. Early booking is recommended for those wishing to stay at the Holder Mine Campground.
