Swim - Preese Hall (19/10)

Nestled in the tranquil rural Fylde countryside, Preese Hall Farm offers an idyllic setting for swimmers looking to take a refreshing dip on October 19, 2026. The lake is calm and shallow, typically chest-deep with clear water that's safe for swimming, though it gets very shallow near the banks on the left side. Wetsuits are optional, but tow floats are compulsory; bright-colored hats are recommended to enhance visibility.
After your swim, you can change at your vehicle or use the facilities provided by Preese Hall Farm. The gun room will be open with a log burner available for warming up in cooler weather. Additionally, swimmers often head over to Woody’s Café located nearby for some post-swim food and conversation.
The farm is easily accessible via car; simply follow signs from either Lytham or the Wyre direction towards Preese Hall Farm (PR4 3HT). Public transportation options include bus routes that stop near the camp, though it's a bit of a walk from there. For more detailed instructions on accessing this private facility, be sure to check final details closer to the event date.
