About the Event

Enjoy the majestic beauty of the Cape Cod National Seashore in one of the most unique endurance races. Three distances from which to choose — plus you can race by yourself or form a team of two.

Brought to you by race directors with an established record for stellar multisport events throughout New England.

There are three distances to SwimRun Cape Cod this year:

Long Course (new!): approximately 18 miles of running and up to 3 miles of swimming across 8-9 bodies of water
Medium Course: approx. 12 miles of running and 2 miles of swimming with 6-7 water crossings
Short Course: approx. 6 miles of running and 1.25 miles of swimming (3 water crossings)
