The Tampa Bay 100 Mile Endurance Run returns to Tampa, Florida on November 14th, 2026 for its fourth year of challenging runners with an urban ultramarathon through the vibrant and historic neighborhoods of Tampa Bay. This unique race begins at Ybor City's Misfits Microsanctuary and concludes in St. Petersburg’s Coffee Pot Park after traversing scenic stretches that include Safety Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater, Gulf Blvd., among others.
On race morning, runners will experience a mix of urban landscapes and picturesque natural settings along the route. Starting early at 5am on November 14th, participants can expect to see dawn break over iconic landmarks such as the Ybor City murals and historic buildings in downtown Tampa before moving into more open coastal areas with stunning views of bridges and beaches.
