Tempo Summer 5K Series Race 1

The Tempo Events Series invites runners to experience three distinct races across Warwickshire's diverse landscapes on Thursday evenings this spring and summer. Each race offers unique terrain, routes, and challenges that cater to both seasoned athletes and casual participants alike.
On May 6th, the first leg of the series takes place in Tysoe starting at 7 PM. Runners will embark on a flat out-and-back route along the road between Tysoe and Oxhill. This race is an ideal introduction for those looking to ease into their summer racing schedule with a straightforward yet scenic course.
The second installment moves to Pebworth, scheduled for Thursday, June 16th at 7 PM. Participants will encounter a circular route that ventures out along the Long Marsden Road towards Dorsington before returning via the Dorsington Road. This race is notable for its full road closure, ensuring runners can focus solely on their performance without traffic interruptions.
The series concludes with an exclusive event at Alscot Estate near Atherstone-on-Stour on Thursday, July 7th at 7 PM. Emma Holman-West, CEO and owner of the estate, has generously opened her private grounds to accommodate this final race. The route blends road and trail sections through picturesque countryside, offering a challenging yet rewarding experience for all participants.
Completing all three races earns runners an exclusive Tempo Events Series T-Shirt, celebrating their achievement in conquering each unique course throughout the season.
