The 26th Anseong Matchum National Marathon

The 26th Anseong Matchum National Marathon invites runners to explore the scenic trails of Anseong Matchum Land on November 8, 2026. The race features two distances: a 5K out-and-back course and a longer 10K route, catering to both casual joggers and seasoned athletes.
Registration for group entries is now open, with individual registration opening on September 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Participants will gather in the lawn plaza of Anseong Matchum Land before setting off towards their respective start times; the 5K race begins promptly at 9:20 a.m., followed by the 10K event starting ten minutes earlier.
The shorter distance offers runners a flat, straightforward course that turns around halfway at the 2.5 km mark, while the extended route extends to 5 kilometers before turning back towards the finish line. Both courses are well-equipped with water stations and medical support along the way, ensuring participants stay hydrated and safe throughout their journey.
