THE AMERICAN 250 CHALLENGE

About the Event

Come Celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary with a one-of-a-kind team fitness challenge built around grit, teamwork, endurance, and patriotism.

Hosted by Hero Events and powered by the community at The Training Room, the USA 250 Challenge combines loaded carries, teamwork, rowing, skiing, and strategy in a race to the finish.

Teams of four will carry kettlebells and the American flag from the training room to the beach, complete their assigned rowing challenge, return to the training room, and finish on the ski erg.

One rule above all: The flag can never touch the ground.
