Hosted by Hero Events and powered by the community at The Training Room, the USA 250 Challenge combines loaded carries, teamwork, rowing, skiing, and strategy in a race to the finish.
Teams of four will carry kettlebells and the American flag from the training room to the beach, complete their assigned rowing challenge, return to the training room, and finish on the ski erg.
One rule above all: The flag can never touch the ground.
Teams begin at The Training Room and complete an approximately 1250-meter farmers carry to the beach while carrying:
• 2 kettlebells
• 1 American flag
The American flag must remain elevated at all times.
The kettlebells may only touch the ground during athlete transitions.
Athletes may switch carriers whenever they choose.
Teams must move together and strategize their effort.
At the beach, teams will complete their division-specific rowing challenge.
Race Division: 250 total calories on the rower
Recreation Division: 2500 meters on the rower
Only the athlete actively rowing may touch the rower.
Athletes may rotate as often as desired
Team effort accumulates toward the final total
Kettlebells must stay off the ground the entire time.
Teams will complete the approximately 1250-meter carry back to The Training Room with both kettlebells and the American flag. All carry rules remain in effect.
Back at The Training Room, teams will complete their final challenge.
Race Division: 250 total calories on the ski erg
Recreation Division: 2500 meters on the ski erg
