In 2026, participants must register exclusively through our online platform accessible via web browser or mobile device. The registration window remains open until 8:50 AM on the day of the race. While refunds and deferrals are not available, we offer a flexible transfer policy that allows runners to pass their entry to another participant at any time before the event begins. To facilitate this process, simply use your "self-service" link in your confirmation email or contact us directly if you need assistance locating it by emailing timing@racesonline.uk for resend instructions.
For those who are pregnant or have recently given birth and cannot participate, we provide a deferral option to one of the next three years or offer a full refund. This ensures that all runners can manage their participation according to personal circumstances.
