Ready to run in the biggest Fleet Feet event ever? Welcome to The Big Run!
On June 4th, Fleet Feet locations nationwide will hold a local 5K run. Our focus is on community, and we want to see the whole community participate because, seriously, running together rocks. Let us recap the ways:
Our race will also be raising much needed funds for the Parkinson's Research Foundation. Race Director, Carol Gilpin's mother, Pat Foster battled this disease the last 10 years of her life and Carol is celebrating her life at this event. We will be serving ice cream at the finish line to celebrate Pat, and the full life she lived. Please donate here.
The Big Run coincides with Global Running Day and is open to runners of all levels and abilities. All participants will run their miles on the track. This run is untimed, participants will be responsible for counting their own mileage either by keeping track of their laps or by GPS watch. This event is stroller friendly. As much as we love our four-legged friends, no dogs are allowed at the event.
