The Bones Run 5K

Experience the eerie yet thrilling Halloween-themed 5K run, The Ghostly Pace, on October 23rd in Omaha, Nebraska. Costumed runners are invited to showcase their creativity for a chance at the best-dressed prize. The race commences sharp at 7:00 am from the south entrance of the first parking lot near Military Road and 132nd Street. Participants can collect bibs starting at 6:00 pm on race day in the same location.
Designed to blend urban flair with picturesque landscapes, this course takes runners through Omaha's lively neighborhoods before ending at Legends Patio Grill & Bar (address: 6910 N 102nd Circle). Post-finish, revelers can enjoy an after-party that begins promptly at 7:45 pm. The venue provides a perfect setting for celebration with glow necklaces adding to the magical atmosphere.
Entry costs $50.31 per participant and includes a high-quality t-shirt as well as entry. A valid photo ID is necessary, especially if you are under 18 years old. Ensure you have your running shoes and lights ready for the night run. Pets are not permitted on the course to keep it entirely runner-friendly.
Limited to just 250 participants, this event fosters a tight-knit community atmosphere with support for every runner. Awards ceremonies will commence shortly after midnight, honoring Overall Male and Female winners as well as age group champions, ensuring an evening filled with excitement and recognition.
