The Cove at The Lakefront™, nestled in Little Elm, Texas, is a vibrant and expansive water park designed for families of all ages. Spanning an impressive 42,000 square feet, this year-round destination offers endless aquatic adventures that cater to every member of the family.
Upon entering The Cove™, visitors are greeted by a welcoming atmosphere where safety meets fun. Whether you're splashing in the zero-depth splash ground, catching waves on the FlowRider® Double, or floating leisurely down the lazy river, there's something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind facility.
The park is open daily from Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on weekends it extends its hours to provide a full day of enjoyment, with Saturday opening at 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday starting at noon.
For those planning special events or gatherings, The Cove™ offers an ideal setting for birthday parties, family reunions, and corporate outings. With the option to rent space for these occasions, it ensures that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.
To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, visitors must adhere to specific rules such as proper swim attire and adherence to lifeguard instructions. The facility also requires a waiver completion for all guests, with legal guardians completing waivers for minors under 15 years old. Admission policies strictly enforce capacity limits, so advance planning is recommended for busy days.
Inexperienced swimmers are identified upon entry and must wear wristbands indicating their status, ensuring they receive the necessary supervision in deeper waters. Height restrictions apply to various attractions like the larger red, green, and blue slides (requiring a minimum height of 48 inches) as well as body boarding on the FlowRider® Double (minimum height is 42 inches), with surfing on this attraction requiring at least 48 inches in height.
The Cove™ encourages visitors to enjoy food and beverages from their Snack Shack, but for those who prefer bringing their own snacks, coolers up to a size of 20" by 20" by 20" are permitted. All bags and coolers undergo inspection upon arrival to ensure compliance with the park’s guidelines.
