Race Details:
Swimmers begin their journey at the local pool, diving into 300 meters over 12 lengths in individual time-trial starts based on predicted swim speeds. The bike leg takes participants through rolling roads that offer breathtaking panoramic views, including an ascent to Hardy’s Monument—a landmark rich with history and charm.
The run portion is a flat, spectator-friendly course around the Great Field at Poundbury, consisting of two laps designed for ease and accessibility.

Race day begins at 7:00 AM, preceded by registration between 5:30 and 6:30 AM where athletes receive all necessary race materials without prior mail delivery. For accurate start order placement in the pool swim segment, entrants must provide an estimated swim time during registration using HH:MM:SS format.
Participants are encouraged to review both bike and run routes ahead of time for optimal preparation; final route information will also be included in the Race Brief provided beforehand. All competitors must familiarize themselves with this document prior to race day.
