GBR Run is excited to return with its popular Remembrance-themed race, set for another year on the picturesque Sussex coast. Building upon last year's success that saw over 500 runners cross the finish line, this multi-distance event promises a memorable experience along the seafront. Runners will enjoy an out-and-back course designed to offer swift times under ideal weather conditions. The route hugs the coastline, providing stunning views and a flat terrain conducive to personal bests. Prizes are up for grabs for top performers in each race category as well as age groups, adding an extra layer of excitement for competitors. Every finisher will receive a specially crafted medal commemorating their achievement. Additionally, young runners have the opportunity to participate in the Youth Mile along the same scenic route. All events comply with official regulations and are accurately measured, ensuring fair competition across all distances. A portion of each entry fee is donated to a military charity, further enhancing the event's significance beyond athletic performance. In 2025, GBR Run was proud to contribute over £1000 to support the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal, highlighting the race’s commitment to honoring those who served. This year promises another inspiring day of running and remembrance along Sussex's beautiful coastline.
