About the Event

Hardcore 24: A 24-Hour Mountain Bike Race
Experience the ultimate endurance challenge on July 25-26, 2026, at Ontario County Park (OCP), nestled atop Gannett Hill with an elevation of 2,256 feet. This park offers a breathtaking setting, complete with great campsites and incredible trails that provide stunning views of the Finger Lakes Region.
The race course has been carefully designed to minimize climbing per lap while breaking up climbs into more manageable sections compared to other courses. The event kicks off at noon on Saturday, July 25, providing participants with a full day and night to push their limits. For younger riders, there's also a kids' race starting early in the morning on Saturday at 10:00 AM.
Register for both races or just one; while entry is free for the Kids Race, we encourage all racers to sign up for waivers so that organizers can better prepare and ensure safety measures are in place. The event promises an exhilarating experience with a mix of challenging terrain and scenic views.
After crossing the finish line at noon on Sunday, July 26, you'll be rewarded with awards ceremonies and a raffle featuring exciting prizes. This race is not just about competing but also celebrating camaraderie among fellow cyclists in this beautiful natural setting.
