THE KINGDOM OF NORTHUMBRIA COASTAL ULTRA 2027

The Kingdom of Northumbria Coastal Ultra, set to take place in 2027, offers runners an unforgettable journey along one of Britain's most captivating coastlines. This trail race presents two distance options: the challenging 54km ultra and a scenic 27km course.
Starting near Bamburgh Castle, participants are treated to breathtaking views as they pass through historic landmarks like Beadnell Harbour, Dunstanburgh Castle, Craster Village, and Warkworth Castle. The route winds its way along rugged cliffs and sandy beaches before reaching the finish line at Druridge Bay Country Park.
Early bird entries have already filled up for this event, but there are still spots available under Stage 2 pricing. Runners can choose to start either from Bamburgh or Boulmer Lifeboat Station depending on their distance preference. Detailed route maps and mandatory kit lists ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
Well-stocked feed stations at key points along the course provide essential supplies, while live chip timing by Timing Up North guarantees accurate results.
