The Paideia Slither 5K

Paideia Slither 5K invites runners of all ages and abilities to explore the scenic Candler Park neighborhood. This annual event, which takes place on November 13, 2026, begins at 8:00 am sharp from the Paideia campus. The course winds through charming residential streets lined with trees and historic homes before returning runners back to where they started.
For younger participants aged seven and under, there's a special Tot Trot event on South Ponce following the main race. This fun run offers kids a chance to experience the excitement of racing in an encouraging environment.
The Paideia community opens its doors warmly for this family-friendly event, welcoming not only runners but also walkers, first-time racers, and those with strollers. The school's High School Commons will host packet pickup on Friday from 11:30 am to 1 pm or race morning starting at 7:00 am, allowing participants ample time to prepare for the big day.
