"Volunteer then Run" is our highly discounted registration to help with Race Day and Pre-Race Day Packet-Pick-Up. After Packet Pick-Up is over, you can run and then after help with Award Distribution, photos and Race HQ needs. This option is only available to 5K participants. Simply show up an hour and a half before race start to help and before race starts, you can join everyone at the starting line for pre-race warmup. Then after you run the race and recover you help us hand out awards, refreshments and any post-race needs!!

Supporting/not running, but want to serve your running community and still get the swag? No problem, just click on volunteer on the above menu and choose from the available positions still available. These positions are filled on a first come first serve basis.
